南京长江第三大桥北主墩首节钢套箱施工技术

【摘要】 南京长江第三大桥主塔承台钢套箱平面呈哑铃形,长84m,宽29m。钢套箱的安全拼装、下放入水和平面位置的控制是整个承台施工成败的关键。通过对该桥北塔钢套箱首节下水过程及施工特点的分析,提出了钢套箱拼装和保证下水安全的新方法。

【Abstract】 The plan of the steel boxed cofferdam for the pile cap of the north pylon pier of the 3rd Nanjing Changjiang River Bridge is designed in shape of dumbbell that measures 84 m in length and 29 m in width. The safety assembling of the boxed cofferdam, lowering of the cofferdam into river and control of the exact plan position of the cofferdam are critical to the successful construction of the overall pile cap. In this paper, based on the analysis of lowering process of the 1st section of the boxed cofferdam and the construction characteristics thereof, a new method that can ensure the safety assembling of the cofferdam and lowing of the cofferdam into river is provided. 
