【摘要】 目的　探讨新生儿猝死 (SDN) 的表现、死因和预防措施。方法　分析本院 1例和文献报告 37例SDN。结果　SDN发生于医院的占 86 84%, 足月儿占 73 68%, 男婴占 76 32%, 顺产占 42.10%。发病前表现为正常状态占 44 74%, 吃奶减少占 31. 58%, 体温 35 5~36 0℃和反应低下各占 18 .42%。发病时表现为呼吸、心跳骤停型占 42. 11%, 青紫型占 34 21%, 休克型占 23. 68%。经过尸检的 31例死因为肺部感染占 32. 26%, 颅内出血、脑水肿和先天性心脏病各占 12 .90%, 死因不明占 9. 67%, 胃食管反流性窒息占 6 .45%。结论　SDN的表现缺乏特异性, 死因主要是爆发型感染、脑部病变、心脏疾患、代谢紊乱和胃食管反流性窒息等。使用包括 19个项目的剑桥婴儿评估方案 (cambridgebabycheck) 是较好的预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical findings, causes and preventive measures of sudden death in newborn (SDN).Methods One case of SDN in our hospital was reported and 37 cases of SDN in literatures were reviewed.Results 86.84% of the SDN were found in hospital. The cases of mature and male baby accounted for 73.68% and 76.32% respectively. 41.10% cases of SDN were labored normally. The cases of SDN, before suffering from the disease, are not abnormal, eating less, having low temperature (35.5～36.0 ℃) and having low response to environment accounted for 43.24%, 31.58%, 18.42% and18.42% respectively. The clinical findings of SDN were the breath and heartbeat stopped suddenly (42.11%), cyanosis (32.21%) and shock (23.68%).The causes of 30 cases of SDN with anatomy were pneumonia (33.33%), hemorrhage in the brain (13.34%), edema of the brain (12.90%), congenital heart diseases (12.90),uncertain cause (9.67), asphyxia by gastro-oesophageal reflux (6.45%).Conclusion There were not special clinical findings in SDN, but 90.00% of them may find the death causes. The Cambridge baby check (with 19 items) may be a good measure to prevent SDN.更多还原
