外文期刊回溯建库之我见

【摘要】 结合外刊回溯建库工作实践,指出外文期刊数据库中存在的一些问题,并对外刊回溯建库工作提出了一些看法和改进措施。

【Abstract】 Combining with the data bank building practice,the article presents some probilems in the data bank building for foreign periodicals and gives several anthor′s opinions and solutions about it.
