传动轴渐开线花键冷挤压成形过程数值仿真

【摘要】 采用M SC/Superform软件对某型汽车传动轴渐开线花键冷挤压成形过程进行了三维数值模拟。通过数值仿真、实现了成形过程跟踪、力学量场再现和成形缺陷预测,探索了复杂高精度零件冷挤压成形规律,实现了毛坯和模具的优化设计,为花键类零件冷挤压工艺生产提供了依据。工艺试验表明,该冷挤压工艺与模具设计合理,数值模拟分析及计算准确。

【Abstract】 Three dimensional numerical simulation of cold extrusion molding process of propeller shaft involute spline of a motor vehicle is carried out with MSC/Superform software.With numerical simulationthe molding process tracingmechanical field reappearance and molding defect prediction are realizedand cold extrusion molding rules of complicated high accuracy components are exploredand optimization design of blanks and dies is realizedand also criterion is provided for cold extrusion molding production process of spline components. It is shown by process tests that the cold extrusion process and die design are rational and results of numerical simulation and analysis are correct.
