【Abstract】 This paper describes an analytical method for fenvalerate determination by HPLC. The sample is dissolved in methanol, and fenvalerate in the sample is separated and determined using a 250× 4.0 mm (i.d.) stainless steel column packed with YWG C18 (10 祄), with methanol-water as the mobile phase and UV detection at 254 nm. Recovery ranged from 99.8%￣101.2%. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998. Standard deviation and coefficient of variation for the method were 0.0172 and 0.253%, respectively.更多还原
