【Abstract】 Jiao-dong is one of water shortage zone in Shandong Province. Jiao-dong Line of the East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is the key project transferring the Yangtze water to Jiao-dong zone. The project includes a channel and two controlling reservoirs. The article mainly expounds the necessity of building Dong-hu Reservoir and Shuang-wang-cheng Reservoir on Jiao-dong Line by analyzing transferring water time of Jiao-dong Line, the water amount of every distributing gates, the controlling methods of the project, guaranteeing water supplying and saving project investment and so on.更多还原
