CA498车用直喷式柴油机燃用二甲醚采用EGR降低NO_x排放的研究
Reduction of NO_x Emission of CA498 Engine Fueled with Dimethyl Ether by Means of Exhaust Gas Recirculation
【摘要】 在CA498车用直喷式柴油机上开展了燃用二甲醚和采用排气再循环时,发动机的排放和燃烧特性的研究。结果表明:由于二甲醚的高含氧量,使用排气再循环可以在HC、CO和CO2 排放基本不变的条件下,大幅度降低NOx排放;同时发现,对再循环的排气采用空气冷却和采用水冷时的排放效果基本相同。
【Abstract】 Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR) is adopted to reduce nitrogen oxide emission of CA498 engine fueled with dimethyl ether. Test results show that significant reduction of nitrogen oxide emission can be achieved with less penalty on the hydrocarbon、carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide emission due to high oxygen contents in dimethyl ether, and the temperature of recirculated exhaust gas has a remarkable effect on the engine emission.
