甲基硫醇锡生产废水的预处理试验
Pretreatment of Wastewater from Methyltin mercaptide Production
【摘要】 本文采用 KMn O4氧化法、微电解法、蒸发冷凝法对甲基硫醇锡生产废水进行了处理 ,并对其处理效果进行了比较 ,发现甲基硫醇锡生产废水经过蒸发冷凝法处理后 ,Sn、COD、Cl-、NH3 -N的去除率均在 90 %以上 ;而用 KMn O4氧化法处理后 ,Sn的去除率在 90 %以上 ,COD、Cl-的去除率均在 60 %左右 ,NH3 -N的去除率在 2 5 %左右 ;用内电解法处理 ,其 Sn和 COD的去除率均在 1 5~ 2 0 % ,Cl-、NH3 -N的去除率均在 40 %~ 60 %。对比三种处理方法的处理效果和处理成本 ,本文认为蒸发冷凝法优于其他两种处理方法。
【Abstract】 The wastewater from methyltin mercaptide production was pretreated by KMnO4 oxidation method, inner electrolysis method and evaporation-condensation method respectively. The results showed that the removal rates of Sn?COD?Cl-?NH3-N are higher than 90% by evaporation-condensation method. By KMnO4 oxidation method, the removal rates of Sn was more than 90%, COD and Cl were about 60%, NH3-N 25%, and by inner electrolysis method ,the removal rates of Sn and COD were 15~20%,Cl- and NH3-N were 40%~60%.
