退火工艺对Nd4.5Fe77.5-xTbxB18(x=0,1)合金磁性能的影响
Effects of Annealling Process on the Magnetic Properties of the Nd4.5Fe (77.5-x)Tb xB 18(x=0,1) Compounds
【摘要】 采用快淬及退火工艺,通过非晶晶化方法制备了两种成分的纳米晶永磁合金,即Nd4.5Fe77.5-xTbxB18(x=0,1).研究了稀土元素Tb和退火工艺对该合金磁性能的影响.结果表明,掺杂1at%Tb能显著提高合金的磁性能,但对晶化温度影响不明显;退火温度和退火时间对合金永磁性能的影响较大,退火温度为550℃,退火时间为10min时,磁性能达到最佳.
【Abstract】 Two kinds of nanocrystalline magnet,Nd_ 4.5Fe_ 77.5-xTb_ xB_ 18(x=0,1) were produced by melt-spinning and annealing treatment.The effects of rare-earth Tb and crystallization process were investigated.The results showed that Tb affects crystallization temperature very little,but enhances magnetic properties obviously.The best value of the magnetic property is obtained while the annealing time is 10min and annealing temperature is 550℃.
