【摘要】 目的探讨超声波联合碘离子导入治疗先天性肌性斜颈的疗效。方法将78例小儿患者分为超声联合碘离子组48例和单纯碘离子治疗组30例。超声联合碘离子组采用超声波联合10%的碘化钾溶液直流电离子导入。单纯碘离子治疗组用常规治疗方法。结果超声联合碘离子组治愈40例,好转6例,无效2例;单纯碘离子治疗组治愈13例,好转10例,无效7例。两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),超声联合碘离子组疗效优于单纯碘离子治疗组。结论超声波联合碘离子导入方法简便易行,无不良反应,治疗中疼痛轻,时间短,疗效好,无后遗症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic wave combined with introduction of iodine ions in the treatment of infant congenital torticollis. Methods 78 cases of infant congenital torticollis were divided into the treatment group (n=48) and the control group (n=30), treated with ultrasonic wave combined with introduction of 10% potassium iodide solution by direct current and with conventional method respectively. Results 40 cases in the treatment group were recovered, 6 effective, 2 ineffective; 13 controls got healed, 10 effective and 7 ineffective. The difference was significant in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy by ultrasonic wave combined with introduction of iodine ions in the treatment of infant torticollis is simple, less painful during treatment, time-saving and effective, without side effect and sequela.更多还原
