流动注射化学发光法测定维生素B2
DETERMINATION OF VB2 BY FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS WITH CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETECTION
【摘要】 基于维生素B2还原铬(Ⅵ)产生的铬(Ⅲ)催化Luminol-H2O2发光体系的研究,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种灵敏度高、线性范围宽的流动注射化学发光测定维生素B2的新方法。该方法在1.0×10-10~1.0×10-5mol·L-1之间分段回归,呈良好的线性关系,各段分别测定6个溶液,检测限达到3.0×10-11mol·L-1。对6.0×10-9mol·L-1的维生素B2平行测定9次,相对标准偏差为1.8%。平均回收率为101.3%。方法准确可靠,用于维生素B片剂的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A new chemiluminescence (CL) system for the determination of VB2 has been established.By the fast reduction reaction between chromeum Ⅵ and VB2,chromeum Ⅲ was generated to react with luminol and hydrogen peroxide in alkaline aqueous solution and hydrogen peroxide to produce CL.The CL emission intensity was correlated with VB2 concentration in the range 1.0×10-10-1.0×10-9 mol·L-1,1.0×10-9-1.0×10-8 mol·L-1,1.0×10-8-1.0×10-7 mol·L-1,1.0×10-7-1.0×10-6 mol·L-1,1.0×10-6-1.0×10-5 mol·L-1 respectly,and the detection limit was 3.0×10-11 mol·L-1 VB2. The relative standard deviation is 1.8% for the determination of 6.0×10-9 mol·L-1 VB2(n=9).The average recovery is 101.3%.The method is reliable,accurate and very suitable for the determination of VB2.
