双层辉光离子渗Cr合金层组织和性能

【摘要】 在Q235钢表面进行双层辉光离子渗Cr,表面Cr含量约为40%,渗层厚度近50μm.然后进行超饱和渗C,表面含C量达到2.7%左右,超过平衡碳计算值.随后进行淬火+低温回火处理,经X射线衍射分析,合金化层碳化物类型为M23C6,M7C3,尺寸为1~2μm.表面硬度达到HV 1 200左右.将表面冶金试样进行摩擦因数和耐磨性能试验,结果表明,表面冶金试样摩擦因数为0.21~0.28,耐磨性是Q235钢渗碳淬火试样的1.62倍.将表面冶金试样在10%的H2SO4、3.5%的NaC l水溶液和H2S富液(含H2S 5~8 g/L,NH3.H2O 20 g/L)中进行电化学腐蚀试验,结果表明,表面冶金试样在10%的H2SO4、3.5%的NaC1水溶液和H2S富液中的耐腐蚀程度比Q235基体试样分别提高了2.35,3.10,2.14倍.

【Abstract】 Introduced a high chromium and high carbon alloy layer was produced on Q235 steel with the double glow plasma metallurgy.The fundamental principle is that alloy element Cr was penetrated into the Q235 steel in a vacuum chamber by glow discharge sputtering so that the content of Cr alloyed layer was about 40% on the surface of Q235 steel and the depth of coating is almost to 50 μm,respectively.Then ultra-saturation carbonization made surface carbon content reach 2.7% around exceeding balancing carbon calculating values.Subsequently by quenching and low-tempering heat treatment the martensite matrix on which uniform,compact and dispersing carbide structure distributed was formed without eutectic ledeburite on the surface alloy layer.It was analyzed by X-ray diffraction that the types of layers’ carbide were M23C6 and M7C3,which dimension was 12 μm and the surface hardness reached HV 1 200 around.The abrasion experiments were carried out on the high chromium and high carbon sample and Q235 steel carburized + quenched + low-tempered samples.The results indicated that the sliding friction coefficient is 0.210.28 and the wearability is more than 1.62 times in comparison with Q235 steel carburized + quenched + low-tempered.In the 10% H2SO4,3.5% NaCl water solution and H2S pregnant solution(H2S 5~8 g/L,NH3·H2O 20 g/L),the electrochemical corrosion experiments were carried out on the double glow plasma infiltration Cr samples and Q235 steel samples.The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of the double glow plasma infiltration Cr samples are increased 2.35,3.10,and 2.14 times than Q235 steel samples.
