【摘要】 我国大学需要实现新的文化觉醒,是因为长期以来我国在大学办学中存在着一些误区。大学的本质及其办学规律主要是从时代的高度和文化的视角回答大学是做什么的、什么是大学、怎样办大学和办什么样的大学这样几个相互关联的基本理论和实践问题。我国高等教育体制改革的根本出路是进行大学制度创新,从以行政为本位转变为在政府宏观调控下的文化个性,逐步建立起在政府宏观调控下以“文化个性”为基本特征的现代大学制度,走中国特色大学创新之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a need for new cultural awakening to overcome some misunderstandings existing in Chinese universities.The nature of university and its established practice is to deal with those related basic theories and applications from time and cultural perspectives on what a university is,how to run a university and to run what kind of university.The way out for our educational reform is to reform and renew our university system,from administration-centred to culture specific under the government’s macro regulation,which will help establish modern university systems and pave a way for university creativity.更多还原
