离散型面快速制模装备顶杆的优化布置

【摘要】 根据离散化方法制造模具型面毛坯的原理,结合CAE分析的结果,提出了一种新的顶杆错位布置方法。通过对毛坯型面几何参数和顶杆布置参数的研究,建立了毛坯型面几何参数与顶杆布置参数之间的关系。这些参数的对应关系对优化顶杆受力、提高毛坯成形精度有重要的工程指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of discretization to manufacture rough mold surfaces,combined with the results of CAE analysis, a new stagger layout of pin-lifts is put forward. The corresponding relation between cavity parameters of blanks and layout parameters of pin-lifts is established,which has great engineering significance for optimizing the pressure endurance of pin-lifts and improving the precision of blank molding.更多还原
