【摘要】 细号高密纬弹直贡缎织造难度大 ,为解决织造过程中出现的开口不清、打纬时纬纱断裂形成破洞及纬纱回缩形成百脚疵点 ,合理选择了浆料配方及浆纱工艺 ,并在织造工序增大开口量、降低后梁高度、提早开口、增大H1和H2之间距离、合理配置主辅喷嘴气压及引纬工艺 ,使织疵减少 ,织机织造效率提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fine count and high density satin drill of weft elasticity is difficult in weaving. Unclear opening, forming hole in beating and mispick in weft recovery are problems in weaving. Choosing sizing formula and process reasonable, adding opening quantity, decreasing back beam height, early opening, increasing distance between H1 and H2, disposing pressure of main and auxiliary nozzle and filling insertion process reasonable can resolve the problems in weaving, decrease defects and enhancing efficiency.更多还原
