【摘要】 在梳棉机后罩板处加装了两根固定盖板 ,并分别在固定盖板前与后加装棉网清洁器 ,在相同工艺条件下进行了纺纱对比试验。结果表明 ,在固定盖板后加装棉网清洁器 ,经AFIS仪检测生条质量指标较好 ;在固定盖板前加棉网清洁器 ,成纱质量较好。经综合分析 ,棉网清洁器以安装在固定盖板前为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Setting two stationary flat in back cover guard of cardi ng machine, and cotton web cleaner is setting in front and back stationary flat. I n the same process, the comparable spinning test is done. The result shows——ca rd sliver quality is better when setting cotton web cleaner back of stationary f lat, which is tested by AFIS tester, yarn quality is better when setting cotton web cleaner front of stationary flat. Analyzing synthetically, it is better for cotton web cleaner to set in front of stationary flat.更多还原
