【Abstract】 Cultivating talents with ability of applicability in accordance with market demand is the way out to change our traditional teaching.To achieve this,we have,taking the major of hotel management as an example,chosen some intermediate and high-grade star-rated hotels in Beijing to conduct questionnaires and interview and get to know the opinions and suggestions given by hospitality industry regarding our courses offered and the demand of hotel management talents.It is expected to adjust our course setting-up so as to cultivate more talents to meet the needs of hotels.更多还原
