【摘要】 2005年5月,在山东省临沂地区的鹅观草Roegneria ciliaris根际土壤中发现了十字花科短体线虫PratylenchuscruciferusBajaj&Bhatti,1984。该种线虫的主要鉴别特征:虫体较长;唇区低平,连续,唇环3条;头架向体后延伸至2~3个体环处;侧区具有4条侧线,中带具斜纹;口针基部球前表面凹陷;半月体在排泄孔前方2~8个体环处;尾端平截光滑呈圆柱状或近圆柱状。该种线虫为迄今为止我国未见报道的新纪录种。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new recorded species of Pratylenchus nematode in China,Pratylenchus cruciferus Bajaj & Bhatti,1984,was found in the soil around roots of wheatgrass from Linyi City,Shandong Province in May,2005. This species can be distinguished by the long body;head region flat,continuous with body,with three annules;cephalic framework extending laterally up to 2～3 body annules;lateral field with four incisures,central core of lateral field with oblique striations;anterior surface of spear knobs concave;hemizonid 2～8 annules anterior to excretory pore;tail subcylindrical to cylindrical with smoothly rounded to truncated terminus.更多还原
