【Abstract】 Since Longyan Municipal Committee of CPC and Longyan Municipal Government put forward the proposal to carry out the strategy of “ Perfecting the Environment in Longyan City” and the project of “ Blue Sky and Clean Water” , some periodical achievements have been obtained in the integrated environmental control. However, the environmental situation in the central city is still far from satisfaction. The author, after doing some investigations in the environmental status quo of the city, has suggested that, under the guidance of scientific development view, the propaganda and education of the importance of environment protection should be emphasized so that people’s awareness would be strengthened and that the strategy of “ Perfecting the Environment in Longyan City” would be implemented.更多还原
