【Abstract】 We introduce the Talbot effect in to MMI devices. The effect is demonstrated by using guided-mode propagation analysis method in this paper. The dispersion modes, which are interference, are only propagated in waveguides, which produce Talbot effects of positive image, inverted image and multi-imaging in MMI devices.更多还原
