【Abstract】 The detection of content of potassium bromate in wheat flour titrated by hyposulphite is introduced,basing on the principle of separation out of iodine when potassium bromate meets potassium iodide in acid liquid.It is proved that the least limits is 0.01 g/kg,the rate of recovery is from 83%-107% and the variation coefficient is within 5%.更多还原
