YZ-1菌株降解DBT代谢产物的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 从油污土壤中分离得到可脱除二苯并噻吩(DBT)的红串红球菌菌株(Rhodococcus erythro-polis)YZ-1,利用气相色谱质谱连用仪(GC—MS)分析了YZ-1降解DBT的代谢产物,气相色谱(GC)分析代谢产物得到了3个化合物的色谱峰,保留时间分别为:22.55 min2、4.53 min和20.14 min。对3个峰分别离子扫描:保留时间为22.55 min的峰对应的基峰m/z为184,经分析该化合物为DBT;保留时间为24.53 min的峰对应的基峰m/z为216,经分析该化合物为二苯并噻吩砜(DBTO2);保留时间为20.14 min的峰的对应基峰m/z为141,经分析该化合物为2-羟基联苯(2-HBP)。根据生物催化脱硫的“4S”代谢途径,DBTO2和2-HBP分别为微生物代谢DBT的中间产物和最终产物。BaCl2测试表明,DBT中的硫原子最终被YZ-1代谢为水溶性的硫酸盐。

【Abstract】 A dibenzothiophene(DBT) degrading bacterium,Rhodococcus erythropolis YZ-1,was isolated from oil polluted soil,the organic metabolites of DBT was identified quantitative by GC-MS.Three peaks,gained from GC by scanning the product of metabolism,retention times are 22.55min、24.53min and 20.14min,separately.Analysing result of the three peaks by scanning with chromatography of ions is:peak of 22.55 min retention time relate to m/z equals 184,the chemical compound is DBT;peak of 22.55min retention time relate to m/z equals 184,the chemical compound is dibenzothiophene sulfone(DBTO2);peak of 20.14 min retention time relate to m/z equals 141,the chemical compound is 2-hydroxybiphenyl(2-HBP)by analysis.According to the "4S" metabolizing pathway,DBTO2 and 2-HBP are the intermediary and the final metabolites of DBT,respectively.Barium chloride(BaCl2) test proves that the sulfur atom in DBT was converted to water soluble sulfate.The strain of YZ-1 can be used for further study in biodesulfurization owning to its "4S" metaboliting pathway.
