掺氧空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定地质样品中痕量镱

【摘要】 提出掺氧空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定地质样品中痕量镱的新方法。使用磺基水杨酸作保护剂消除铝对镱的挥发原子化干扰,KC1作消电离剂消除镱的电离干扰。方法的检出限为0.0042mg·L-1。应用于测定地质标准样品中痕量镱,结果与标准值相符,对GBW07302试样测定8次,RSD为5.41%。

【Abstract】 Oxygen-mixed air-acetylene flame was used in the FAAS determination of ytterbium in geological sample to obtain high temperature flame Furthermore, sulfosalicylic acid was added as a protecting agent to eliminate the interference of aluminum to the atomization volality of ytterbium, and potassium chloride was added to eliminate the ionization interference of ytterbium. By the above mentioned modifications, a detection limit (k = 3) of 0. 004 2 mg·L-1 of Yb was obtained. In the application of this modified method to the analysis of a CRM (GBW 07302), the results obtained were in consistency with the certified value. RSD of 5. 41% was obtained from the analytical results of 8 determinations of the same CRM.
