上海和宜兴地区食品和人乳腺组织中有机氯农药污染现状

【摘要】 [目的 ]了解上海和宜兴地区环境和人体中有机氯农药的污染现状。 [方法 ]分别在上海和宜兴两城市采集2 0种食物样品及 5份人乳腺组织 ,采用GC ECD方法对样品中有机氯含量进行测定。 [结果 ]滴滴涕及其代谢物 (DDTs)是此次检测到的主要有机氯农药污染物 ,DDTs、六六六 (HCHs)、六氯苯及其代谢物 (HCB)、氯丹 (CHLs)在食品中的检出率分别为 85 %、64 %、5 9%和 5 3 % ,食品中HCHs ,HCB ,CHLs含量较低 ;而人乳腺组织中DDTs和HCHs的含量很高 ,可分别达 190 0 0ng/g脂肪和 170 0 0ng/g脂肪。 [结论 ]上海及宜兴地区食物和人乳腺组织中普遍还能检测到有机氯农药的残留 ,但较前期监测数据已有明显下降

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of organochlorine pesticides contamination in foodstuffs and human breast fat tissues in Shanghai and Yixing city. Concentrations of some organochlorine pesticides and their metabolites were determined in a wide variety of foodstuffs and human breast fat tissues by the method of GC-ECD. DDT and its metabolites were predominant among organochlorines,and these residues were found in 85% of the foodstuffs analyzed. HCHs,HCB and CHLs were detected in 64%,59% and 53% of the samples,respectively. Concentrations of HCHs,HCB and CHLs in foodstuffs were generally low; in contrast,very high concentrations of DDTs and HCHs were detected in human breast fat tissues from Shanghai,with the maximum values as high as 19μg DDT/g lipid weight and 17μg HCH/g,respectively. [Conclusion] The residue of organochlorine pesticides such as DDTs,HCHs,HCB and CHLs could still be detected in foodstuffs and human breast fat tissues collected from Shanghai and Yixing city though the levels were much lower than before.
