【摘要】 分析了专利战略在企业技术创新中的重要性以及企业专利战略的现状,并在此基础上提出了加强企业专利战略的对策与措施。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes on the importance of the patent strategy in enterprise’s technological innovation,and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening enterprise’s patent strategy.
