【摘要】 目的观察手法加针刺治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效,探求颈性眩晕的病因,确立治疗颈性眩晕的有效手法﹑针刺穴位。方法将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为2组,治疗组以手法加针刺治疗,对照组口服颈复康颗粒,每10d为1个疗程,疗程之间休息1周,共治疗3个疗程,随访6个月。结果治疗组临床痊愈率70%,总有效率100%,与对照组30%和60%相比,差异显著(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论寰枢关节紊乱引起的椎动脉痉挛是颈性眩晕的主要原因,手法加针刺是治疗颈性眩晕的首选疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of manipulations combined with acupuncture on cervical ver-tigo, find the reasons and determine the effective manipulations and acu- points. Method Sixty patients were di-vided randomly into two groups (each n=30). The treatment group was treated with manipulations combined with acupuncture and the control group,with Jingfukang Granules. One course of treatment was 10 days and there wasa one- week break between every course. The following visits were given after the treatment for 6 months. Re-sult The clinical curative rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 70 % and 100 % respectively,and that of the control group, 30 % and 60 %. The difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The carotidspasm induced by disorder of articulatio atlantoepistrophicav is the main reason of cervical vertigo. The therapyof manipulations combined with acupuncture is the first choice for treating cervical vertigo.更多还原
