【Abstract】 This paper clarifies two vague fundamental definitions regarding how to define citizen and citizen education beginning from the social background of the citizen education. Based on this, the paper gives measures to strengthen citizen education: creating a social environment beneficial to citizen education; people’s consciousness of right and creative education must be highlighted; a system of educational programs consisting of citizen e-ducation and citizen training should be constructed.更多还原
