【摘要】 目的观察加味桃核承气汤及不同提取物对糖尿病大鼠心肌病变的影响。方法SD大鼠140只,除正常组20只外,其他大鼠均采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射复制糖尿病大鼠模型,观察加味桃核承气汤全方水煎剂及水提醇沉、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯不同提取物对糖尿病大鼠心肌病变的影响,并与达美康对照,共治疗8周。采用透射电子显微镜观察心肌病变区细胞超微结构的变化。结果心肌细胞电镜显示达美康组最接近正常,其次是正丁醇组;治疗效果由优至劣依次为达美康组、正丁醇组、水提醇沉组、乙酸乙酯组、全方水煎剂组。结论加味桃核承气汤的正丁醇提取成分对糖尿病大鼠心肌病变具有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe with the transmission electron microscope(TEM) the effect of Jiaweitaohechengqi Decoction(JD) and its extracts on ultrastructure of cardiac histiocyte in diabetic rats.Methods To establish the diabetic model in 120 SD rats(other 20 rats in the normal group) by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).The influence of JD,as well as its extracts,water_alcohol,n_buty1 and ethy1_acetate,on the cardiomyopathy in diabetic rats were observed and controlled with that of Diamicron for 8 weeks.The ultrastructure of cardiomyopathy in diabetic rats observed by TEM.Results The ultrastructure of rat cardiomyopathy in the Diamicron group was similar to that in the normal group.The JD and its extracts were arranged according their therapeutic effects as following decreasing sequence:n_buty1,water_alcolhol,ethy_acetare and the whole prescription of JD. Conclusion The extract of n_buty1 from JD has a certain therapeutic effect on the cardiomyopathy in diabetic rats.更多还原
