【摘要】 城市滨水区是城市重要的发展资源。国内外成功的滨水区开发经验告诉我们,滨水区的成长往往伴随着城市功能升级、城市系统的改进,给城市带来全新的环境形象。基于镇江北湖滨水区复兴中心城区的目标,北湖滨水地区的规划研究从观宏、中观与微观三个层次上,探讨了滨水区发展的效能与适宜途径,提出可操作性的项目为基础,保证了社会各界在研究过程中的参与性,促成“发展滨水区就是发展城市”的社会共识。更多还原

【Abstract】 The waterfronts are the important resources for city revitalization based on the experience from the worldwide waterfront developments. A successful waterfront redevelopment project will improve the city’s quality, public system and landscape. From the case study of the North Lake redevelopment in Zhenjiang, the paper explores the appropriate planning and developing ways for the waterfront and city revitalization by the different scale analysis studies.更多还原
