脉冲电声法空间电荷测量中波形过冲的纠正
Correction of waveform overshoot in PEA space charge measurement
【摘要】 采用脉冲电声法(PEA)测量固体电介质中空间电荷的分布,由于测量系统的频带限制引起非线性相位失真和损耗,在测量波形中发生过冲现象,严重影响对空间电荷形成机理及分布的判断。通过对下电极、传感器以及放大器对波形畸变的研究,在信号有效频率范围内,建立了信号的过冲纠正模型,采用Matlab软件方法实现信号的补偿,对过冲的波形进行重建和纠正,提高了所测波形的准确度,最大程度地再现真实的电荷分布信息。处理结果表明:电荷分布波形中的过冲畸变可以得到很好地纠正。
【Abstract】 Waveform of space charge distribution in solid dielectrics measured by the PEA method appears to overshoot due to the non-linear phase distortion and lose as a result of limited freˉquency band characteristic in measurement system,consequently,the waveform overshoot affects severely judging the formation mechanism of space charge.Considering the frequency characterˉistics in measurement system as a whole,we obtain the overshoot eigenvalues in measurement system and the overshoot correction model of signal inthis paper.Through the waveforms reˉcovery of space charge distribution by Matlab processing,the results show that the overshoot of space charge waveform can be completely corrected.
