极端条件下介质的静电防护技术
Study on antistatic protection technology in extreme condition
【摘要】 研制以SnO2 复合物为导电填料,以改性环氧树脂为基体的复合型抗静电涂料。当二氧化锡添加量占涂料总重量的40 %时,可使复合导电涂料的电阻率降到106Ω·m的数量级,该涂料不但达到抗静电要求,而且还满足机械性能和稳定性要求
【Abstract】 Tin oxide compound powders that is used for modifing epoxide resin compose thin films and coating of antistatic macromolecule compound materials.By weight,when the tin oxide comprises40%of the cured paint,bulk resistivity of the paint is order10 6 Ω·m.This paint not only attain antistatic but also satisfy the machine and the stability.
