【摘要】 目的探讨中药生津剂治疗头颈肿瘤放疗后口干症的临床疗效。方法108例头颈肿瘤放疗后口干症患者随机分为两组:治疗组78例和对照组30例。治疗组采用中药生津剂治疗,对照组每日饮矿泉水。并观察两组的口干症状(主诉)和口腔病损(体症)情况。结果治疗组有效率为91.1%,对照组有效率为30.0%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药生津剂能促进唾液分泌,改善放疗后口干症状,能否激活或刺激潜在致死性损伤或亚致死性损伤的腺细胞功能有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese herbal on the postradiotherapy Xerostomia in the patients with head and neck neoplasms.Methods One hundred and eight patients with postradiotherapy Xerostomia were divided into two groups:78 cases were treated by traditional Chinese herbal,and 30 cases for control group were treated by bottled water daily.The same indexes were recorded.Results The percentage of significant effect in the patients of treatment and control groups were 91.1% and 30.0%,respectively.There was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbal has an effect on increasing secretion of salivary glands and improving the syndrom of postradiotherapy patients’ Xerotomia.It is worth further investigation whether it can activate the glandular cells which had been damaged by potential lethal and sublethal factors or not.更多还原
