聚丙烯酰胺溶液粘度的影响因素

【摘要】 考察了温度、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)含量及亚铁离子对聚丙烯酰胺溶液粘度的影响。结果表明,随着温度升高,聚丙烯酰胺水溶液剪切粘度随之下降,剪切粘度对数与温度的倒数符合线性关系;随 PAM 含量的增加,PAM 溶液剪切粘度随之增加;PAM 溶液中加入10mg·L-1亚铁离子,会引起 PAM 大分子降解,相对分子质量降到原来的1/7,导致 PAM 溶液剪切粘度大幅度下降。

【Abstract】 The effects of temperature,concentration of polyacrylamide and Fe2+on the viscosity of the polyacry- lamide were examined.The results showed that the shear viscosity of the polyacrylamide solution decreased with the increase of the temperature,furthermore the relation between ln ηa of polyacrylamide solution and 1/T consisted with the Arrhenius equation.The shear viscosity of the polymer solution increased with the increase of polyacrylamide content.It has been found that Fe2+ added to polyacrylamide solution caused degradation of polyacrylamide macro- molecule and the sharp dropping of the shear viscosity of the polyacrylamide solution.
