面向大规模定制的产品快速配置与成本计算研究

【摘要】 世界制造业的生产模式正逐渐由大规模生产发展向大规模定制。在大规模定制的生产模式下,企业要取得竞争优势,必须具备敏捷性。能否对客户的需求迅速做出响应,快速配置出客户定制的产品结构,计算出产品成本和报价并提供给客户是企业敏捷性的重要表现之一。本文根据大规模定制生产方式的特点,提出基于实例推理的产品快速配置与成本计算法,该方法通过检索存储在实例库中的相关实例,可以快速地配制出产品的制造清单,并较为准确的计算出产品的成本。本文详细论述了该方法中的产品实例构建以及检索算法等关键技术,并就产品成本计算问题进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Manufacturing paradigm is evolving from mass production to mass customization in the world. In this environment, an enterprise must keep agile to maintain its competitive position. The ability to respond quickly to customer demands and offer them the product structure specification and quotation is one of the important aspects of enterprise agility. In this paper, a case-based rapid product configuration and cost estimation method is put forward according to the characteristics of mass customization, which can configurate the bill of manufacturing rapidly through retrieving the correlative cases in the case library and calculate the cost of the product accurately. The paper discusses some key technologies of the method such as the construction of the case and case search algorithm and the problem of cost calculation.
