2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢的晶粒长大规律
Grain Growth Behaviors of Steel 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V
【摘要】 采用金相和透射电镜(TEM)等手段研究了2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢在940~1200℃分别保温2h和6h情况下的奥氏体晶粒长大规律。结果显示这种钢的晶粒粗化温度为980℃,第二相质点的尺寸和体积分数的比值决定了奥氏体晶粒的粗化程度。
【Abstract】 Austenitic grain growth behaviors of steel 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V heated within the temperature range of 940℃~1200℃ and held for 2h and 6h were investigated by using metallograph and TEM.The results show that the grain coarsening temperature(TGC) of this steel is 980℃,and the grade of austenitic grain is determined by the ratio between particle size and volume fraction of the second phase particles.
