感应加热表面淬火淬硬层深度的无损检测
Non-destructive Measurement for Hardened Depth of Induction Quenching
【摘要】 利用马氏体和珠光体比容的差异 ,从理论上论述了感应加热淬火淬硬层深度与淬火前后工件直径变化值的关系 ,说明了以一种简便方法对淬硬层深度进行无损检测的可行性 ,并在试验中证实了这种方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the difference of specific volume of martensite and pearlite,a relationship between the hardened depth and the diameter change of workpiece before and after induction hardening was built.It shows that a simple non-destructive method to measure the hardened depth is feasible in theory,and it was also proved in experiments.
