多元分析在确立盐渍土“淡化肥沃层”指标中的应用
The applications of multivariate analysis in establishing indices for "desalinized fertile layers" in salt-affected soil
【摘要】 采用多种多元分析方法,对土壤物理、化学、微生物和土壤酶等盐渍土测定指标进行综合分析,最终确定了为修复和改良盐碱地而建立“淡化肥沃层”的土壤肥力指标体系。首先采用变量聚类分析法将指标分为4大类,从20多项指标中进一步选出13项,再采用主组元分析确立了6项指标,进而通过以土壤有机质含量为核心的多元回归分析法进行辅助分析与验证,最后确定了土壤有机质含量、全氮、速效磷、速效钾、土壤水扩散率、蔗糖酶等6项为盐渍土培育“淡化肥沃层”的土壤肥力指标。
【Abstract】 More than twenty indices for soil physics,soil chemistry,soil microorganism and soil enzyme are comprehensive analyzed and the index system for the "Desalinized Fertile Layers" are fixed on.The cluster analysis method is applied to analyze more than twenty indices,all indices are divided into 4 types and the 13 indices are screened out primarily first of all,then 6 indices are made certain through main constituent method,these indices are verified further more by the multi-component regression analysis method while the soil organic matter content is looked as a dependent variable,the indices including soil organic matter content,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,soil water diffusivity,invertase are finally confirmed as the soil fertility indices of "Desalinized Fertile Layers".
