【Abstract】 An evolutionary algorithm based on space partition theory is proposed to solve crew rostering problem in airways. According to the distributing of solutions and combined with space partition theory,the paper improves the coding method and evolutionary operators,then takes dustmen rostering problem as an example to test the correctness and advancement of the algorithm.
