基于ORDB的空间数据库的研究与实现

【摘要】 在研究GIS中空间数据模型的基础上,利用空间数据本身的面向对象特性,结合现有的对象关系型数据库(ORDB)中的抽象对象类型,提出了基于ORDB的空间数据库的存储模型。并介绍了大型分布式网络GIS系统VegaGIS中空间数据库的设计及其实现。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the spatial data model, the OO characteristic of the spatial data and the abstract object data type of current ORDB, puts forward a spatial database storage model based on ORDB and addresses the design and implementation of spatial database in the distributed large scale GIS platform——VegaGIS. Finally the paper makes the conclusion and gives more thought about the future research of spatial database.
