【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new algorithm:the particle swarm optimization(PSO)for solving the problem of sequence alignment.It is a new attempt that PSO in the bioinformatics applied field.Take the multiple sequence alignment model,An algorithm of a kind of special particle swarm optimization is constructed and don’t change the characters and advantages of PSO.Finally,The paper introduces the MSAPSO(Multiple Sequence Alignment PSO)and the test result.更多还原
