【Abstract】 The electroless plating was a low cost process for surface modification on all kinds of particles with that a homogeneous plating layer can be easily obtained.The general characteristics of the process were concluded.The effects of the process parameters on the stability of the plating solution,depoosition speed of the coating and the structure of the plating layer were analyzed.The applications of the electroless plating of powders on the preparation of some kinds of new materials were summarized,the development trend of the technology of electroless plating on powders was also put forward.更多还原
