高NiFe比W-Ni-Fe系重合金预应变时效研究
Strain-aging of W-Ni-Fe Heavy Alloy with High Ni/Fe Ratio
【摘要】 研究预应变时效高NiFe比(91)钨合金的性能及粘结相中β相的沉淀行为。结果表明,随时效时间增加,预变形钨合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均显著提高,在800℃24h达到峰值。预变形高NiFe比钨合金的时效强化由粘结相中β相的弥散沉淀引起,预变形可以促进高NiFe比钨合金粘结相中β相的时效沉淀,使合金进一步强韧化。预变形高NiFe比(91)钨合金粘结相在预应变时效过程中的性能(硬度)变化存在两种机制,一种是回复引起的软化机制,另一种是细小弥散的β相沉淀引起的硬化机制,粘结相和合金整体的性能(硬度)变化是两种机制综合作用的结果。
【Abstract】 The variations in mechanical properties of W-Ni-Fe heavy alloy with high Ni/Fe ratio(9/1) and the precipitation behavior of β phase in its binding phase during strain-aging were studied. The results show that as aging time increases, both the tensile strength and elongation of the deformed W-Ni-Fe heavy alloy with high Ni/Fe ratio(9/1) increase, and tend to maxima at 24 h. Pre-deformation can accelerate precipitation of β phase in the binding phase of W-Ni-Fe heavy alloy with high Ni/Fe ratio(9/1) during aging,which is responsible for the age hardening of the deformed alloy. There are two kinds of mechanisms influencing the hardness of the binding phase in deformed W-Ni-Fe heavy alloy with high Ni/Fe ratio(9/1) during aging,one is softening mechanism caused by recovery, and the other one is hardening mechanism induced by the dispersed precipitation of β phase. The variations in properties of the binding phase and the heavy alloy depend on the synthetic effect of the two mechanisms.
