时效对超高强马氏体时效不锈钢组织与性能的影响
Effect of Aging Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of a Ultra-high Strength Maraging Stainless Steel
【摘要】 研究了1050℃固溶+低温处理后的时效工艺制度对一种超低碳超高强度马氏体时效不锈钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。采用440~600℃不同温度的时效处理工艺,在535℃时效处理后钢的强度和硬度达到最高值,这主要是与钢中析出相共格析出有关。随着时效温度升高,析出相聚集长大破坏原有的共格关系,强度和硬度将降低。
【Abstract】 The effects of aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low carbon ultra-high strength maraging stainless steel after solid solution and cryogenic treatment were studied.The ultimate tensile strength and hardenss of the steel reach to the maximum values after aging at 535℃ due to the precipitation of coherent phase.The strength and hardness of the steel aged at temperature higher than 535℃ decrease due to the coarsening of the precipitates and the destruction of its coherent relationship with matrix.
