水性嵌段型纳米结构外墙漆的制备
Preparation of Waterborne Block Type Nanostructural Paint for Exterior Wall
【摘要】 在不使用乳化剂的情况下,利用分子自组装聚合技术制备了一种新型丙烯酸聚酯纳米乳液,并对聚合物的结构与性能用TEM、DSC、FT-IR方法进行了表征。在纳米乳液的基础上制成了水性嵌段型纳米结构外墙漆,它具有良好的耐水性、物理机械性能及装饰防护性能。结果表明,其耐洗刷性能有很大提高,可以达到10 000次以上。
【Abstract】 A new type of acrylate copolymer polyester nanoemulsion was synthesized by molecular self-assembled polymerization without using emulsifier, and its structure and properties were characterized by TEM, DSC and FT-IR. On the basis of the synthesized polymer nanoemulsion, a kind of waterborne block type nanostructural paint for exterior wall was prepared and it is characterized by water-resistant good, physico-mechanical properties and decorative and protective performance. Result shows that the scrub resistance of the prepared paint is significant, exceeding 10 000 times.
