人类组织相容性抗原-Ⅰ缺失与宫颈癌的相关性研究
The relation between HLA class 1 down-regulation and cervical cancer
【摘要】 目的 探讨人类组织相容性抗原 (humanleucotyteantigen, HLA)表达缺失与宫颈癌的关系。方法 采用SP法检测特异性鼠抗人HLA -Ⅰ类分子单克隆抗体在宫颈癌组织中表达情况。结果 62例宫颈癌组织中有 42例HLA -Ⅰ抗原呈阳性表达, 20例呈阴性表达,阴性率 32. 3%。HLA -Ⅰ抗原阳性表达组织中CD+3 T细胞和CD8+T细胞数量明显多于HLA -Ⅰ抗原阴性表达组织,肿瘤恶性程度及淋巴结转移与HLA -Ⅰ下调有关。结论 宫颈癌组织存在HLA -Ⅰ抗原部分缺失,形成免疫逃逸,导致肿瘤细胞的发生、发展、浸润和转移。
【Abstract】 Objective Research to the relation between HLA class 1 down-regulation and cervical cancer.Methods By immunohistochemistry SP method, specific mouse and human HLA class 1 monoclonal antibody was expressed in 62 samples of cervical cancer. Results In 62 cases,42 cases were positive expression of HLA class 1 antigen and were negative expression of HLA class 1 antigen, negative expression rate was 32.3%. CD ~+ 3T cell and CD ~+ 8T cell infiltrated in HLA class 1 positive tumor tissue were significant more then those in negative tissue. The malignant degree and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer was related with HLA class 1 down-regulation. Conclusion In cervical cancer loss of HLA class 1 expression play a decisive role in the escape from immune surveillance leading to a greater appear, infiltration, metastasis of tumor cell.
