【摘要】 南洞庭湖国际重要湿地拥有非常丰富的世界自然与文化遗产资源,但长期以来却受到忽略。文章分析了世界遗产发展状况,概括了南洞庭湖申报世界遗产的意义,重点研究了它的自然与文化遗产资源特征,结果显示,南洞庭湖世界遗产符合《世界自然与文化遗产保护公约》标准的要求。在国内首次提出尽快开展南洞庭湖申报《世界自然与文化遗产名录》工作的建议,提出了遗产申报程序和步骤及战略构想。对南洞庭湖加入《世界遗产名录》、遗产资源保护和可持续发展都具有重要的理论与实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 South Dongting Lake is a Ramsar Site of International Importance and is rich in World Natural and Cultural Heritages, but it has been ignored for a long period. We analysed the world heritage development and summarized the great significance of South Dongting Lake application for the Items of World Natural and Cultural Heritage(IWNCH). We studied its world heritage features of South Dongting Lake wetland and results showed that South Dongting Lake is well qualified for the standard of the Pact of World Natural and Cultural Heritage Protection, and put firstly forward to begin the application for IWNCH as soon as possible, and proposed its procedures and established its application strategy. The study has great theoretical and practical significance in promoting South Dongting Lake’s joining IWNCH, heritage resource protection and sustainable development.更多还原
