石英光纤中SRS及其连续谱研究

【摘要】 从理论和实验上研究了石英光纤中的SRS及其连续谱。理论上探讨了各级stokes线的来源与特点,分析了反斯托克斯线难以出现的原因和SRS的阈值与光纤长度的关系,并解释了光纤长120m时高阶stokes线呈现连续谱的原因。实验上用Nd+3∶YAG腔外倍频激光(波长为532nm)泵浦石英光纤,在光纤长度分别为15m和120m时,各拍摄得两级和五级stokes光谱图,测量了各级谱线的频移。理论分析和实验表明光纤越长,出现的stokes线级次越高,转换效率越高,阈值越低,越比较容易发生SRS效应,并易出现连续谱。理论和实验的结果相吻合。

【Abstract】 Stimulated-Raman Scattering in the fiber and its continual stokes spectrum were studied. The frequency doubled output of a Q-switched Nd +3∶YAG laser centered at 532 nm was used as input pump to excite multi-mode fiber with length of 15m and 120m,respectively.And we screened 2 orders and 5 orders SRS spectrum lines. Their origin was discussed and their frequency-shifts were measured.We reviewed their character,and analysed the reason that anti-stokes lines are difficult to arise and the relation of the SRS threshold in the fiber with the length of the fiber.The reason of the continual high-order stokes spectrum was also explained. The theoretical simulation and the experiment agree well.
