PLC及变频器在恒压变量供水系统中的应用

【摘要】 以某学校供水系统为例,研究了PLC及变频调速技术在电气控制中的应用。采用西门子PLC及变频器为主控单元,配合接触器、继电器实现恒压变量供水系统的智能控制。本设计在学校供水系统的改造中得到了成功的应用,不仅供水压力稳定,满足学校用水需要,而且具有很好的节能节水效果,极具推广价值。

【Abstract】 This article takes water -supply system of one school as an example, researches the application of PLC and frequency conversion speed adjustment technology in the electrical control system. It adopts Siemens’ PLC and frequency converter as top management unit, cooperates with contactor and relay in order to realize the intellectual control of variable water -supply system of constant pressure. This design has been successfully applying in the water -supply system of the school. It not only supports water pressure to be strength steady, and satisfies school require, but also it has kind energy-conservation and water-saving result, so it has value to popularize very much.
