【Abstract】 When chlorophyll a is determined with spectrophotometer,the sample damnify during whetting and the absorbency at 750nm does not reach 0.005 after centrifugal management,the letterpress mostly bring forward the modification advice on determining chlorophyll a with spectrophotometer by adding acid to eliminate chlorophyll a doffed magnesium and making contradistinctive experiments on adding acid quantity and determine time after adding acid and so on.更多还原
