【摘要】 目的探讨儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的诊断及治疗方法。方法1989~2003年采用切开复位、尺骨斜形截骨、环状韧带重建或关节囊及周围组织紧缩缝合的方法治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折54例。结果随访的42例中,优20例,良13例,可6例,差3例,优良率78.57%,效果可靠。结论对儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折应早期手术复位,尽早恢复肘关节及前臂的解剖,以利功能康复。关节囊及周围组织紧缩缝合操作简便,是一种较理想的方法。为减少陈旧性孟氏骨折的发生率,必须强调提高对新鲜孟氏骨折的诊断与治疗水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of old Monteggia’s fracture in children. Methods From 1989~2003, 54 patients with old Monteggia’s fracture in children were treated with open reduction of the radial head, osteotomy of the ulna and reconstruction of the annular ligament or tight suture of capsula articularis and round tissue. Results Among 42 cases, the results of treatment was evaluated as excellent in 20 cases, good in 13 cases, fair in 6 cases and poor in 3 cases. The excellant-good rate was 78.57%. The results was satisfactory. Conclusion The early open reduction of old Monteggia’s fracture in children was suggested. The method of tight suture of capsula articularis and round tissue was simple and convenient. As a preventive measure, timely and correct diagnosis and treatment of fresh Monteggia’s fracture was emphasized.更多还原
